Average Rating:| Anonymous Course: LGBT448F Grade Expected: A December 30, 2011, 10:50 pm | Meghan (as she asked us to call her on the first day of class) is lovely. She is knowledgeable, intelligent, fair, and intriguing. Class time was enjoyable with videos, films, clips, and interesting discussions. She graded us fairly; we had 3 papers and 2 exams. I enjoyed this class and enjoyed having Meghan as a teacher. |

| nisquared Course: SOCY227 Grade Expected: A December 6, 2010, 2:46 pm | This class was excellent! one of those classes I actually looked forward to. Duffy is awesome: really sweet, simple, clear, and straightforward. Does not try to trick you at all. Normal amount of reading, straightforward tests, and interesting films. Go to class though bc she gives reading quizzes a lot and attendance checks quite often. She also loves participation. Totally recommend this class and teacher! |
| ocon Course: SOCY100 Grade Expected: A November 13, 2010, 12:35 pm | Very intelligent, knows her stuff, and respectful, nice and compassionate to her students. She relies on a lot of participation (but doesn't grade on it) and she is smart enough to relate what you're saying back to her material (rather than telling you you're wrong for saying something different) The assignments and readings are interesting but not too heavy workload. Study a couple hours for the exams and you'll do great. Great class, great professor, she even brings in cookies sometimes! |
