I had taken AP Calc BC in high school and was miserable throughout the course so freshman year I decided to take 220 over 140 to ease my pain. Surprisingly it ended up being one of my favorite classes my first semester because Truman gives great lectures, where you aren't bored. His notes are very detailed, easy to understand, and he gives a million examples so that the information gets wired into your brain. unfortunately you have to go to discussion, it's easy points, but still a pain since all you need to pass the course is attend lecture and take notes. |

He explains everything so clearly you will walk out of class able to get an A on the exam. He is a funny guy and very approachable, willing to make sure every single student understands before moving on. Awesome teacher! |

Tests are pretty easy and gives good insight on what's on them. Goes over lots of examples in class and answers questions on homework, suggested problems, and webassign. |
