Reviews for Scott Peter Roberts
Average Rating:| sccerkid02 Course: PSYC100 Grade Expected: A- May 25, 2011, 7:50 am | Dr. Roberts is amazing! I had him in the fall, and I learned so much. It does require a substantial amount of time and work, but not at all unbearable. With that said, it is DEFINITELY worth it, because his style of teaching and assigning work it extremely beneficial; I learned A LOT, and i still remember a great deal of it five months later! He is a psychologist, so he knows the best way for us to learn, and applies it. Dr. Roberts makes Psych FUN and INTERESTING! |
| Anonymous Course: PSYC100 Grade Expected: A January 13, 2011, 2:14 pm | I had scott roberts this year for Psyc 100, and it was a lot of work. That being said, it was extremely interesting. Most of the work was done on weekends, with a "study guide" to be completed by the beginning of every week. the study guides took a long time at least 4 hours all put together, but he makes the chapters himself and they are filled with videos and other things that make it a lot less boring than if he just gave us a textbook and told us to read. If you study and do the work, though tiring at times, you will do fine. |
| kbe12478 Course: PSYC424 Grade Expected: May 28, 2009, 7:20 am | Scott Roberts was an incredibly engaging professor, and I feel that he challenged students to gain a great deal of knowledge through his course structure. That being said, this course required way too much work. The large-group project requirements are rediculous, and the weekly worksheets can take hours. I would recommend it if you can put in the effort. |
