Average Rating:| Anonymous Course: ENGL101 Grade Expected: A February 7, 2012, 7:37 pm | I thought he was a great teacher and made the class interesting. I know though that kids were upset because he grades "harshly" but what do you expect were in college and you cant just not do work for an english class. If you really try your best youll be fine, dont skip class because that is part of your grade and makes a huge difference on how he views you I think. Overall though since he is young he is way more interesting than any other english teacher Ive had before. |
| Anonymous Course: ENGL101 Grade Expected: April 9, 2011, 8:29 pm | AWFUL. ENG101 is a dry class in the first place but adam makes it worse. He treats you like 5 year olds but expects you to be able to write a perfect paper. He grades extremely harshly and never gives you a grade update either. hated the class and hated him...if you can get out of taking anything with him do it |
| Anonymous Course: ENGL101 Grade Expected: B+ February 3, 2010, 8:39 pm | Interesting situation with Pellegrini because he was a grad student teaching a class he was restricted in how he was able to grade assignments and such (I think). So I don't think we should be too hard on him here. I must say he did teach me how to write. Before taking this class I thought I was a decent writer, but I was very wrong. My writing skills developed more in the one semester with Pellegrini than they did over my entire high school writing experiences. In Summary: Good Guy, actually teaches english, but just restricted because he is a grad student or something like that |
| Anonymous Course: ENGL101 Grade Expected: January 6, 2010, 10:46 am | The worst teacher yet! He won't update you about your grades which is really annoying considering you do a lot of busy work. The class felt like high school all over again. The work was like a lower level high school course yet the grading was like he expected everyone to be able to write a thesis. Sorry if you signed up for a class with him. CHANGE IT IMMEDIATELY! |
