The professor in my opinion was annoying. She's always trying to make jokes that were corny. She reads off of her powerpoints (which she doesn't post on elms, so you must go to get notes) and tells stories which gets old fast. She's seriously irritating. She has jeopardy reviews before each exam but she rushes through it trying to get through every question, and is rude about it. Overall not a bad class, but not too fun at all. We didn't have any extra credit besides if you won jeopardy she would give the winning section 5 extra credit points. Have to write one paper, do one presentation they were both graded hard, and you must go to discussion so you can fill out peer reviews for each presentation and thats how you get credit for going to class.

She is kinda crazy and super energetic, but a very efficient teacher. Test are easy, just show up to her jeopardy reviews. One ten page paper and tons of group work. Don't expect an "A" unless you plan on working a bit.

This class is pretty easy but the professor in my opinion was annoying. She's constantly talking about her husband and trying to crack jokes. She basically reads off of her powerpoints and tells stories and when she says anything about drinking or anything we shouldn't be doing she'll always add " but i know you would never do that..wink wink.." it gets old real fast. She's also constantly saying "awesome! Rock on!" Seriously irritating. She also has jeopardy reviews before each exam but she rushes through it trying to get through every question, and she can be pretty rude about it too. Overall not a bad class, but not the most fun. We didn't have any extra credit besides if you won jeopardy she would give the winning section 5 extra credit points. Have to write one paper which is pretty easy just a pain finding 4 peer-reviewed sources. One presentation and maybe it was just my TA but they were graded pretty hard, and you have to go to discussion so you can fill out peer reviews for each presentation and thats how you get credit for going.

Pretty easy class. There are tons of opportunities for extra credit. Go to lecture, and studying won't be hard. 3 exams, 1 paper, and 1 leading of discussion section. Jenny can be very energetic in the morning, but if you ever need help she's there. Overall great class/professor.

Good professor, energetic (which can be a little annoying in the morning) but still fun. Class is a little boring, have to go since lecture notes arent put online. Tells you whats on the tests (multiple choice), gives extra credit opportunities, not a hard class

Great teacher, very energetic and (sometimes) funny. If you go to lecture, which you should since the notes aren't posted elsewhere, she really beats the material into your head so studying isn't too bad. Tests are all multiple choice and relatively easy if you understand the vocab and skim the chapters. The one paper is hard to write because the assignment is vague but there are extra credit opportunities and my TA graded easily.

You actually have to go to class since she does not post the powerpoint but the class isn't that difficult if you read the book & go to the lectures.
