Average Rating:| Anonymous Course: ENGL398C Grade Expected: A May 13, 2010, 12:00 pm | This professor is everything you are looking for in an english prof. She is down to earth, real and ready to talk about anything. She listened to what we wanted to learn instead of force feeding us random english information. Overall we still had to do the 3 papers and the in class presentation so there is work to be done but its all group work and you get to pick your topic. She blatantly tells you when the quiz's are coming b.c its about learning not about force feeding info so if you don't do well its your fault. Overall this is a teacher you want |
| Anonymous Course: ENGL393 Grade Expected: A May 17, 2009, 2:12 pm | Joanna Findlay is the best professor that once can have for ENGL393. She is a great person, a lot of fun and is very entertaining. She is extremely helpful and cares a lot about students. Always ask for help as she is very helpful. This is the first English class that I looked forward too. Made life very easy for us, extremely understanding and is a great person. In conclusion if you need to take junior english you should take it with her. |
| Anonymous Course: ENGL393 Grade Expected: A January 22, 2008, 10:01 pm | Wonderful Jr. Engl professor. She is hilarious and cares how you do so ask for help. This is an Engl course so expect to write a lot. All papers are group work, so make sure you like your members and topic from the beginning because you are stuck with them for the whole semester. Check your emails before coming to class, she missed class frequently. |

| Anonymous Course: ENGL393 Grade Expected: A December 12, 2007, 2:59 pm | Very easy teacher. She pretends to be really serious about her class in the beginning, but it doesn't last long. Pros: *Keeps class fun - She curses like a sailor and has fun w/ students *Grades fairly - got As on most of my assignments Cons: *Sometimes didn't show up to class with little or no warning *LOTS of group work - our entire semester was basically one long group project |
