She is very sweet and you can never get angry with her. Her lectures are very concise and follows the book closely. The exam was easy as all you really had to do was memorize tidbits of information for each piece of art. Overall, this class and professor is strongly recommended. |

She made jokes during lecture and tried to give tidbits of interesting info on the piece of art she was talking about. The tests consist of memorizing the names of the pieces of art and the dates etc. It is not too difficult. The class was pretty simple and very interesting. One of the best courses I have taken here!! |

The lecture PPTs are all you need, the books help a little, but all you have to do is remember whats on the slide. Let us drop the lowest exam or if you were happy with your grade, you didnt have to take the final. map quizzes in discussion - very easy. great TAs too. |
| Rahulm5000 Course: ARTH290 Grade Expected: A June 5, 2009, 8:21 am | for a boring class, bari made it interesting. in the course, there are 3 exams. one for India, China, and Japan. to get an A in her class is very easy. its straight memorization. make note cards for each piece of art, and make a list of all terms, and just memorize it. if you do that, its a guaranteed A |

| slacker1307 Course: ARTH290 Grade Expected: A May 3, 2009, 2:26 pm | Not a bad class to take care of the HA Core, for me it's just plain memorization. Lecture attendance is a must for doing well on tests, I also never opened any of the textbooks. They are a waste of money. Is a very helpful professor, actually wants you to do well in her class. Not a lot of brainpower needed for this class, but just the ability to memorize large amounts of information. |

Dr. Bari is soooo nice and sweet... you can't get mad at her, you just can't. Though lecture can be boring sometimes, Bari knows her stuff and is more than happy to help clarify. Good class and prof. |
