Architectures, instruction sets, and assembly language programming for a commercial microprocessor family. Real-time programming techniques. Peripheral chips such as, parallel ports, counter-timers, DMA controllers, interrupt controllers, and serial communication units. Design projects emphasizing intergrated hardware and software solutions to engineering problems. | |
