Credit will be granted for only one of the following: BIOM301, BMGT230, ECON321, EDMS451, GEOG305, GVPT422, PSYC200, or SOCY201. Introduction to the use of statistics in economics. Topics include: Probability, random variables and their distributions, sampling theory, estimation, hypothesis testing, analysis of variance, regression analysis and correlation.
